Irrelevant message displayed with visible private forum

    Description

      When an user tries to view forum visible but not accessible (permission "can see forum" is enabled), he or she can read two messages (cf. see screenshot) :

       

      « You do not have the required permissions to view or read topics within this forum. »

      « This category has no forums. »

       

      The message about category is irrelevant.
