FastCGI comm with server "path/to/app.php" aborted

This happens since 3.1.6 at least. Its the same problem reported by this user: https://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=466&t=2359941

I'm using OVH as host too with 3.2.1. Cookies secure with https forced via htaccess and using port 443

I beleive the solution added here: https://github.com/kalenjordan/custom-reports/commit/139141de7c62c2953952070e34f88e91f1f555bc

Would work on phpbb too. 

I am thinking on edit phpBB/phpbb/json_response.php and if doesnt work, maybe phpBB/phpbb/install/controller/update.php as a desesperate try lol

I'll give more feedback soon.
