Allow to delete parent module which contains child modules.

When you try to delete a module in:
ACP > system > Module management

and this module has a child module, a warning is displayed, that says: you are not able to delete this module, because it has a child module.

Now you have to delete this child-module(s) first and then you delete the parent module.

It would be more functional to add the possibility to delete the parent modules within its child modules all at once. Of course with a warning and checkbox or Y/N question.
