No log created when enabling/disabling extensions

When enabling or disabling extensions there is no log being created of the person performing this action. This can be problematic in environments where there are multiple users with admin access and it is found that one or more of those extensions got disabled or enabled. This makes it a bit harder to track down why they might have gotten enabled or disabled.
