non-default topic_id into submit_post() function ?

Hi,

With phpBB 3.1.7, we saw a new feature : Function submit_post() now takes non-default post_time into account

Is it possible to have this as well for topic_id and post_id non-default values ?

I'm writting a script to convert a no-phpBB board to phpBB. All topic_id are defined, but when using submit_post() function, my topic_id value is auto_incremented and my default value is not taken into consideration.
