Description

The timezone value for Asia/Tehran is UTC+4:30 in my PhpBB settings while it should be +3:30, thus, the time is wrong in the forums.
Iran Standard Time (UTC+03:30)
+ I am using the Persianized with Shamsi date version of phpBB but I don't think it has anything to do with the timezone issue.
