Browse Extensions Database link in Extension Manager

Would probably be a nice feature to offer a simple link to the phpBB extensions database from within the ACP extensions manager. There's a perfect location parallel (on the left) to the Re-check all versions/Settings links. "Browse extensions database"

We could add a similar link to the Styles management page too for styles.

It's a small step towards connecting the ext/styles management pages to our C.D.B. but a good one, considering how truly manual a process it is to go out and find styles and or extensions...something we take for granted but newbies are on their own with.
