Topics are not marked as soft-deleted after soft-deleting all posts

Create a topic with 2 posts and then soft-delete both of them. The topic_delete_time and topic_delete_user fields in the topics table are not populated after doing this. The lack of the latter results in the topic not getting listed in the "Deleted topics" list in the MCP.
