Should show proper messages before redirecting automatically (after successful login and logout)

After successful login and logout, the user is automatically redirected to the index page. The user should be informed about this. Instead, the present message only says "You have been successfully logged in (or out)".
It should state clearly that the user is being redirected.

For example, after we login into the ACP, it shows "You have successfully authenticated and will now be redirected to the Administration Control Panel."
