Description
Composer now has some warnings printed during installation. Because we bundle composer.phar our users never install composer and never see their warnings.
In particular, if openssl extension is not available composer will fall back to using undocumented github internals for file downloading, which may change at which point composer won't be able to install our dependencies.
We could link to either composer troubleshooting file or provide more specific instructions.
