    Description

Some settings appear on multiple panels; these should be marked as such, or, perhaps better: put them on one panel only, then refer from the other panels. E.g.: registration attempts occurs on user registration settings (which is where I expect it) but also on spambot countermeasures. If I change one, the other changes too because it is in fact a single setting. Having two places where a single setting can be given may/will lead to errors and/or confusion. I propose to replace the registration attemps setting on the spambot page with an indication to refer to the user registration setting page, or else very clearly mark that this setting is identical to (a repeat of) the user registration setting.

      Best,
      R. Cailliau
