Ignore Netbeans metadata directories

I use Netbeans for most of my PHP projects - At least until I get the hang of the code.

However, this means that the Netbeans metadata directories and files are added, which should not be committed. It can contain potentially private information, and some parts change between developers.

I am working on a commit that adds these directories to the .gitignore file, whether it's in the root directory or in /phpBB/
