Adding special users to groups

      I noticed that I can add Anonymous to the Admin group. I also noticed that I can add bots to other groups that don't make sense.

      I propose a change:

      • Limit anonymous so he can only be added to the Guests group.
      • Limit bot users so they can only be added to the Bots group.
