Allow changing unvalidated e-mail addresses

      If a user submits a wrong e-mail address (or one that turns out to be down at that time), please have the "Send activation e-mail" form supply a way to give a new e-mail address. That way the users won't have to lose their original usernames.

      Right now, bad address=dead end. The only way around it is to register under a new username.
