Difference in module list between updates and new install for reports

      When installing a new board, the modules in MCP -> reports are:

      • Open PM reports
      • Closed PM reports
      • Open reports
      • Closed reports

      While it is with a updated board:

      • Open reports
      • Closed reports
      • Open PM reports
      • Closed PM reports

      Both should be the same, and I think it is prefered to have the post reports before the modules for PM reports, so like it is for a updated board now.
