Attached image download counter doesn't increase

      Hi! With the following setting:

      ACP > POSTING > Attachment settings > Display images inline: No

      it seems that the download counter of the attached images doesn't increment. For both inline or not inline attachments. Both prosilver and subsilver2 style.
