Deleted attachments still exist as files and database references

      As I wrote ticket number 23595 and analyzed behavior of the forum, I noticed that when file attachments are deleted from PMs or, to be exact, PMs with attachments are deleted, the attachments are still here as files in /files directory as well as forum_attachments table. I believe they are orphaned.
