Hi,

My phpbb.com account, created under phpbb2, had a five character password, instead of the minimum 6 required in phpbb3.

Today I changed the email address in my account, and it was deactivated.

The reactivation email was sent, I clicked the link, the site confirmed the reactivation, BUT

-> I couldn't login (bad password)
-> I couldn't reset the password (error: account not activated)
-> I couldn't resend the activation mail (error: account already activated (!!!!!!!) )

dhn was kind enough to reactivate my account manually.

I think the bug stemmed from the fact that my password was "invalid" because it was too short...
