Attached is a file which better describes the changes to the PostgreSQL scheme (index additions mostly). Our forum has roughly 260,000 members and roughly 1 million posts.

After applying these changes, all pages load in well under 1 second including most searches (I don't have any recent examples over 1 second, but theoretically they could be).
