After updating phpBB on my site to version 3.0.6, by using the Automatic Update Package downloaded from this site, I am receiving a 403 access forbidden error when attempting to confirm my account details to access the ACP.

i.e. It happens after pressing the submit button and before I reach the confirmation message that says the account details matched and you can now proceed to the ACP.

I only have 2 small mods installed that I am sure does not affect the Administration Control Panel's accessibility. It's the "mChat" mod which just adds a small chat box on a custom page on the forum, with some settings in the ACP and the Wait at Registration mod which prevents people from accepting the therms and conditions for 20 seconds forcing them to alternatively spend those 20 seconds reading.

I experienced this problem when I tested 3.0.6 RC4, and in the end, I had to remove phpBB and reinstall it. I lost all users, posts, topics, but I was able to recover my template. Now that the final version of 3.0.6 was released, I thought that the problem might had been resolved or just disappeared. I was wrong, I got the same problem, and I would not like to reinstall again.

I don't know if there is any safe way to roll back to version 3.0.5, but if there is, instructions on that would be nice so I can have my ACP function in the meantime as my site is under construction and I have to make edits to quite a few things. And if any spammers, etc. invade my forum, I must have the ability to ban them, also via IP and so forth.
