phpBB3.0.6RC1 - Uploading Avatars Issue

      Tested on clean install + live board (conversion from .5 to .6rc), Avatars uploaded in the .6RC1 upload, but issues with them being displayed, they are displayed with 0 x 0 dimensions on the forum and in the UCP. The avatar exists on the server, just isnt displayed due to the 0 dimensions.

      To recreate go into UCP, upload an avatar, and view the source.
