When allow disabling of word censoring is set to no in board features, the option to enable/disable word censoring is still display in UCP, board preferences, edit display options.

If this option is changed in UCP, it has no effect : word censoring is always enabled.

The option in UCP should not be displayed when the board option "allow disabling of word censoring" is set to no.
