is there a way to put the modules order into their original setting?

i was putting .MOD tab, then for some reason i dont know why it goes abnormal.
I did not edit any other existing modules under the common categories preset.
the other modules like example, manage user (a module in the groups and user category) is now in the main tab and the others..
I checked the modules management tab, and the categories are still the same as before.

I replace my tables in my database and run this:

but still no change.
I emptied the phpbb_modules but still no change in the appearance of my ACP, as attached.

but my admin cpanel navigation is not the same as before.
