Since i don't no where to post this, i though lets post this on the bug tracker

Currently when you have topic icons enabled on a forum, and you don't use a topic icons there will be a empty row for the topic icons , since you don't use them.

Would it be something to use the same way as prosilver display the topic icons?
So when you don't use a topic icon, there is no empty row.

Below i have attached a diff that removed the empty row and use the same way as prosilver display the topic icons.

See what you think about this devs, i though this can improve the layout of subsilver2
