We've just deleted a forum and as a result, every user has had their post count re-calculated which I didn't want to happen.

Now, is this supposed to happen automatically? I was under the impression that the post count has to be re-synchronised manually.

When you delete a forum through ACP, you are asked whether or not you would like to delete or move posts. It doesn't say anything however about post count being affected. (Common sense would dictate that post count IS affected but we have some anal users on our forum who are protective over their post counts!)

Hoping it's not a bug and that I/phpBB may just need clarifying!
