FAQ alteration suggestion

      The template shouldn't have a hard-codded switch on when the other column is shown IMO.

      Then it does not display the FAQ correctly when only editing the FAQ file (and editing the template could cause issues with multiple FAQ pages with different numbers of title sections). As can be seen:
