I setup a forum where I have full permissions except the "Can see forum" permission to have it not displayed at all. It's possible to enter the forum, to write topics etc. if you know the URL, but it's not possible to move topics to that forum. An error message says that forum doesn't exist, but it's even selectable in the move-to-dropdown list.
