I sent a PM to all 466 members of my forum last night. Woke up today with alot of e-mails from people mad because they got 20-25 email notifications from the ONE PM I sent to all members.

I disabled the whole Private Message System Board wide for 4 hours and when I turned it back on the e-mail notifications start again! There is nothing in the Admin Account PM Outbox either. I have lost 10 members do this this Issue HELP!
