Some letters changed to ���

      I converted my 2.0.22 board to the Olympus in the end of December. From that time all were OK until the middle of March. In several posts some letters beign changed to this symbol � after submitting and this situation happens again and again and now almoust every second post is affected by this issue.

      I updated PHP from version 4.4.0 in the end of February and from that time I didn't modified anything in the forum code or in the server configuration...
