When I click on a link which has "&change_lang=xx" presented.

Issue;

Confirmation code image is not generated, created, showed. Generation function in ucp.php is not executed.

Detailed case;

My forum has Russian as default language, but I also like to invite English talking people to it. So I created additional forum for those and wrote a guide how to follow to English registration page. I simply wrote a link "http://../forum/ucp.php?mode=register&change_lang=en" in post so they can click on it and directly see English registration page without any additional actions.

Notes;

I have GD2 extension installed and confirmation code is successfully generated, created, showed otherwise, for example when clicking on original registration link at the top (note that &change_lang=xx is not presented there).

Solution;
