Ive set many of my user's to " no signautre " and when i turn signatures back on, There signature is still there.

I wanted to set it so admins can have them but user's cant, The " view user permission's " thing looks right it says that he cannot have signatures, However in all the old post his signautre still shows.

Is there a way to re-set all permissions so i can start over and try again?
