When posting a URL you highlight text then click the 'url' button and all that happens is that the text is wrapped with bbcode URL tags. Those who interact with many different kinds of board software know that formats of the url to be supplied can differ between quoted or non-quoted.

phpBB is the ONLY board software, commercial or free that I have ever used that forces its users to guess this format and type this into the bbcode tag manually.

Could you PLEASE pop up a box so we can paste/type in the URL without having to edit this tag every time we want to put in a link? It is a very small thing to put in but a big one for usability.
