Go to Admin Control Panel, Users & Groups, Manage users, and then pick a member to manage. Check the "Delete user:" box at the bottom of the page and click the submit button. On the confirmation page, select "No". You are returned to the previous page, but with an warning: "The submitted form was invalid. Try submitting again."
