We updated to phpBB3 RC4 from RC3, via the automatic update method. Following this, although the admin log said 'successful update', the system info screen said that the update was not successful, so we did it again and it was fine. However, the option to view forums for guests, was not available and the front page read 'This board has no forums' and members were required to log in to read the forums. Today, we updated again and have now been able to alter permissions in order to get rid of the 'this board has no forums' banner, thus allowing guest viewing.

The following screens (attached) are still produced (as they were when we first updated) when accessing the 'Permissions Mask: 'view admin permissions' and 'view user permissions'. Also in 'Global Permissions -administrators'.

Pressing the 'all forums' submit button, in 'forum permissions' also throws a similar error, which I have also attached.
