Tooltips in dropdowns are not displayed in Safari

      This bug can be reproduced especially in ACP, but I guess it can be reproduced in any page with dropdowns. When setting a role for a given user in ACP in Firefox, a tooltip is shown when hovering over a choice in the dropdown, explaining it, while in Safari it is not shown.
