Advanced Update from 3.3.16 >> 3.3.17 Fails with Error

      Have not tested this myself other than comparing files in different packages.

      User is reporting error where /install/update/new/.htaccess is missing but there is no changes from 3.3.16 >> 3.3.17 so it wouldn't be included?
