Add event to 'View topic' in MCP to modify template

      Add new events inside 'mcp_topic.html' after postrow similar to postrow in 'viewtopic_body.html'. 
      This allows developers to add additional content to the template after the postrow.

      Added event mcp_topic_postrow_post_after in 'mcp_topic.html', line 167. The file is attached.
