Hi,

I've followed the instructions for upgrading my phpBB 3.3.10 installation to phpBB 3.3.13 making sure to have deleted the config.php, and the /images, /store and /files folders from the package directory.

I've then copied the contents of the package directory over the top of my phpBB3 installation directory.

When I browse to the install directory the following error is seen:

I've also tried deleting the contents of the cache directory but to no avail.
