The lack of header tags around forum titles make them harder to focus with tools used by people with visual deficiencies.

Something as simple as putting them in <h2></h2> tags would be enough to make the forum much easier to navigate. I suggest <h2> as it seems to be currently the highest level header tag that is not used, but any header tag would already be a big improvement.
