ACP manage forum BBCode bold in the description: No output in some templates

When I apply the BBCode bold in the description of the forum, the output in the frontend does not happen.

In my opinion, this is because the specification (content.css => li.row strong) overwrites the .text-strong class, as it is subsequently a part within li.row strong and therefore cannot assert itself.

Apparently BBCode bold is not parsed in those or other templates. In my view, this is a BUG that should be reported. An implementation is up to the developers for examination, I think.
