fsockopen Connection timed out

      There are a few extensions that give this error when checking for new updates in the ACP:

       

      [phpBB Debug] PHP Warning: in file [ROOT]/phpbb/file_downloader.php on line 45: fsockopen(): Unable to connect to connect.jv-arcade.com:80 (Connection timed out)

       

      This error comes with PHP 8.0.5
      I tried with PHP 7.4, and the error is gone...
