When a moderator edits a topic, there is a comment field so he can leave a comment about why he edited it.

For admins that can softdelete a post/topic, there isn't. It should have the same comment system. Where the admin would insert a comment about why he softdeleted.

Then the main admin with permissions to permanente delete could administrate/moderate that better.
