Failure in config.php validation in ACP (Windows) - PHP 8

    Error rendering 'com.atlassian.jira.jira-view-issue-plugin:details-module'. Please contact your Jira administrators.

      After the installation you are asked to protect the config.php file, this results in an error at runtime due to PHP 8 because the @ operator no longer silences fatal errors.
