CLI: Missing langkeys for extension commands

      Hi,

      In CLI when we tried to install/remove/manage extensions and if it fails, the following langkeys are expected:

      • EXTENSIONS_NOT_INSTALLED
      • EXTENSIONS_ALREADY_MANAGED
      • EXTENSIONS_ALREADY_INSTALLED_MANUALLY

      But they don't exist (see screenshot).
