Suggestion to change the unapproved icon from a question mark to a more obvious icon. As it shows at the end of a topic title, where a question mark may already exist it can easily be missed even though the notification system can pick it up if it's turned on.

3.1 used to have an inverted triangle which was much more obvious. An unapproved topic or post should be immediately visible to the mod team, not something that can be missed.
