I migrate my phpBB 3.1.12 forum to phpBB 3.2.1 4 months ago

Since this migration which hapening well, I meet 2 problems maybe linked

1/ I receive as many mails as posts done since my last visit. With the 3.1.* versions just one until I visit the post

2/ When I click on the link to access the last post, I get a random result result. Sometime I arrive on the last post but most of the time I arrive in the middle of pages if they are several.
