URL errors with quoted posts in Atom feed

      When an Atom feed contains a link to a quoted post within a post, the link to the quoted post is broken. Links to emoticons in the post are also broken. The same links within a phpBB post are correct. 

      In the post, the link is given as ./viewtopic.php?....

      In the Atom file, it's ./../viewtopic.php?....
