When removing a style in the ACP (filesystem files were already deleted so error msg was returned) the users that were set to that specific style didn't default to ProSilver (19 in my case) but to 0.

I couldn't find any similar ticket so creating a new one although still not sure if it's a duplicate, so sorry if it is!
