When doing an update from RC1 to RC2 using the file replacement method when I came to run the database update I received an orange message saying that the "Update directory could not be found" (cannot remember the exact wording)

I thought that had been fixed in an earlier beta version.

EDIT: The actual message is
"No valid update directory was found, please make sure you uploaded the relevant files."
