      Currently the review process of style changes is extremely cumbersome as we use no form of linting to protect ourselves as we do with JS.

      We should leverage http://stylelint.io/

      BENEFITS:
      1. manage our standards
      2. allow us to migrate/change them over time.
      3. test for failures in the linting.
      4. have much more detailed standards.
